How can I check my e-mail?
Students
Students are encouraged to use PortalMail, which can be accessed at the MyNAU Portal (my.nau.edu). You can find a tutorial for PortalMail in the Blackboard Vista TIPS course. Students may also use any e-mail client of their choice, such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook.
Faculty/Staff
By the end of October 2008, all faculty and staff e-mail accounts from the mailbox/jan server will have been migrated to IRIS, NAU's new Microsoft Exchange-based communications service. Faculty and staff may check their e-mail through Outlook Web Access (OWA) or through Outlook or an e-mail client of your choice.
If you are having trouble accessing a department or project account, please contact the ITS Solution Center at 523-1511.
